Horrible Mileage

Hey guys new to the site for posts but not new to reading all the great posts, searched on the site and haven't found a post that pertains to my problem.
I have a 2007 mega 6.7 bone stock for deletes and performance for now. Dodge has replaced all the O2 sensors and the O2 sensors module, and still horrible mileage. I know that the over head is not accurate but it use to read 17-18 mpg when i was driving unloaded on the highway. Now it reads 10 MPG unloaded on the highway ***, does anyone have any ideas what so ever is going on with my truck? Does it just need a little time for it to clean itself out and rest itself? Any help with this is greatly appreciated.

Thanks guys.

Do a search for "MAP sensor". Is the engine running rough at all? Have you used any injector cleaner? How many miles are on the clock?

Check it with a pencil then do the deletes and Smarty. It's possible but I doubt that you were ever truly getting 17-18 if figured.

The last time I figured the mileage was before the sensors and module went for a dump. I figured it at 15-16 mpg unloaded and on the highway. I haven't hand cal since it was at the dealer. I just watched the lie-o-meter and it kept dropping. So really no need to hand cal until it gets back up to where it was before.
No it is not running ruff it runs fine just the horrible milage. As for the injector cleaner, I haven't used it in a while. Probably just a coincidence but when I did the after the first tank the first sensor went then the second time the other sensor when then that **** module. Truck only has 96,000KM on it I bought it with 82,000KM on it in Nov.
Yea I want to get it running right so I can do the delete's and let it breath properly.
Thanks for all your help guys and gonna check the map sensor connections and make sure there good and clean.

Cheers.
