Did you have to lift of the gas to get in in 5th. I can no lift shift for all gears except 4th-5th.

I bet he left in 2nd 4hi and dumped it.

Great speed with stock sticks.

For the launch, I left the line in 2nd, 4wd at about 23-2500 rpm. I tried to build some boost, but only got about 5psi with the bigger turbo. I ran 3 runs prior to my best at 13.13, it felt like I was at a wall. It would have been great for bracket racing! Anyway, this was my set-up

Smarty REVO sw7, torque 4, timing 2, pressure 0
MP-8 Full bore
Water/meth approx 75% meth, started spraying at 13psi max out 30 setting 10 for 100% duty cycle.
Back tires 30psi, fronts 50psi, tailgate off and mirrors folded in

As soon as my buddy Brian gets the Youtube video posted, I will add a link.

I tried to shift the lower gears as soon as the needle was in the red and ran 5th out to 3300. The lower gears go so quick I dont know what RPM they were. I had the wastegate set to 45PSI but found I was pushing 50-52 at the end. I didnt think I could blow through the wastegate on the 14cm housing.

Slow6-- I lifted on every shift, I got scared when I had my Edge and I could see it hit 3900 pulling that stunt. I really did not see any benefit to it time wise.

Awesome time for a handshaker!! After making a couple of runs myself I fully understand how difficult that is. Maybe a different class for handshakers is a good idea!

Holy *#^% Thats fast. You can row those gears. Your within 3 tenths of the record for hand shaker with a CR. I believe Banshee (John P's Son) is the current record holder and he's got twins, I hope John Sees this. Good job! I need to get Practicing. What type of clutch do you have?

Matego, did your truck bog when you first left the line? Mine does everytime even with a 3000 rpm launch. But even then I can only manage 1 psi of boost.

The three peddle approach is the best way to build boost with a six-speed. I can build over 20psi of boost that way.Matego has a small charger so it is easy to build boost IMO

Yah but we both have ceramic valair single disk clutches. Not the best for slipping. Im sure i could make 20psi but i bet my clutch wouldnt last!

Pretty sure he said something about putting 265s on it to run it. If you are running your 35s when you go, that would make a huge difference in bog as well as overall e.t.
