3'rd Annual Claremont Roundup

Well, it's a new year and time to start planning the third annual Claremont Diesel Roundup already. I will be tied up in another shutdown for half of April and most of May. I may also get drafted to go to Millstone again in Connecticut in August. If there is interest in the next roundup, I am looking at June 11'th, 18'th, 25'th or July 9'th, 16'th, or the 23'rd. We need to see if David can be there again if he is still doing the moblie dyno thing.
Look at your calenders and all the other events and lets start picking a date to get this thing going. Last year was a blast and I'm sure we can do better this year.
Any ideas or comments?

Looking at the calendar, I'm open June 25-26 and July 9-10.

Last year was a blast (the weather could of been a little better).

I'll bring the tent thingy and I'll do the name tags again.

Hopefully the ground will be good and hard and we can do the RV thing again.

Lets make it bigger and better then last year.....

I'll be there,,,,,,,,, I'll have to find some motion detector lights with alarms and some ear muffs if Ed doesn't find a quieter generator.

Alright!

What do we need to do to get some dates established?
The big day will be here before we know it.

I just sent David a PM asking if he is still doing the mobile dyno thing and when he is available in June or July.

I checked his web site but it still had the '04 calendar, nothing for '05 yet.

Guess we'll see what he says.

Got an answer from David. Looks like he has a new job and is very limited in his travel time. He is only scheduleing 3 events this year.

He also said he really enjoys our roundup put just doesn't have the time off right now.

He also says that if we can't find anyone else and things change where he can find the time off, he will gladly do it and will let us know if things change.

For now, it looks like we need to try to find another dyno if we are going to have a dyno.

Sorry for the bad news but I can understand where he is comming from as my job duties have changed also.

That may put a kink in the turnout for sure.

Cool. As Bob Barker use to say, "COME ON DOWN".....
Not sure a dyno will be there yet though.
