Diesel Prices !!!

What has happened in the last 3-4 days ?? We are at 3.60 a Gal here in northern IN.... Was under 3.00 a week ago. Unleaded is 2.57 and falling..... Diesel is 3.60 and rising.......
When I bought my truck I was SURE I was doing the right thing.
Diesel was cheaper than gas by .50 and Mileage was better...
Now its all upside down...

Same crap here in central Mo. 3.59 and gas at 2.39. I think we are all just getting hosed! 3.09 for farm diesel and 1.52 for corn and 5.35 for beans this S*** sucks.

Central Ohio is getting hammered the same way. Gasoline fell to 2.45 today and diesel went to 3.39. I can't believe that diesel is dollar more expensive per gallon than gas

WINTER. Simple fact of diesel life. I have always seen it go up when it starts getting colder (grew up in PA, lived in upstate NY). What I don't understand is why I'm paying $3.20/ gl down here in GA? We haven't had snow let alone a cold night yet

I just filled up for $104cdn at $1.039 per liter (3.79 USgal). You can get it a little cheaper some places but there's 7.5 cents/liter back in a store coupon.

According to the TV program that I saw........... The traders that buy futures in comodities forsee a home heating oil shortage for the winter, due in part to hurricane damages, so they run the price up to forstall a severe shortage. In other words they get rich off us poor working stiffs. And since diesel is close to heating oil they gouge us too. I for one cannot understand how they change the price of fuel the stations have already bought and put in their tanks. It sure doesn't cost them more after it was paid for.

Same story in Tucson - unleaded is now around $2.59, diesel up to $3.19 in most places. I filled up with B99 yesterday for $2.80 (still had about 2/3 tank of #2, so I guess I have B33).
