Which Coolant to use.

My truck has over 50k on it and I think it's time to change my coolant.

I wanted to know what coolant I should run and if you guys have recently purchased coolant how much did it cost.

I think I need 6 gallons to due the change, correct?

All constructive input is appreciated.
