200 Million Up In Fire & Smoke!

The United States is now depending on 40 year old Russian rocket engine to take us into space. What would Kennedy say to that one I wonder. Metal fatigue is main cause of failure, only good thing is no body was on board this rocket. Can't we build anything anymore is the question. Obama administration downsizing of America is almost complete. Out sourcing everything from brige construction to counting American votes.

Looks like the Branson enterprise hit a snag as well.

I would say it wasn't a very good week for space travel. Sorry to hear one pilot did not make it out in time. Things happen mighty quick at those speeds and altitude. Will put Virgin Galactic space tourism back months if not years.

Yep, I thought both stages were our old stuff, turns out only the second stage is.

First stage is mostly Russki, with our electronics.
