92 12 valve

I took my 205 tcase out and did some tranny mods, It's been 2 years and i cant remember the stock clock position can some one take a photo from behind looking at the t case please?

thanks looks clean flush with the bottom or the trans cross brace nice!

Also a few bolts are corroded anyone think it is possible to source the trans to transfer case stud style bolts new all 8 ? my dealer cant be bothered to look it up. I called twice they don t call back.

The T-cases are not the same on the inside, auto to manual, but they are in the same location on the truck.
From the outside they look basically the same.

BTW I converted the 23 spline auto NP205 to the bigger 29 spline so I could run it behind my NV4500.

many thanks ... now the 8 corroded studs from trans to t case is there a part number for those sorry my dealer wont get back to me.

Mine only has 6 studs. See if you can wrestle one out, and see if you can get something through a local Fastener supplier, or maybe on-line through Mc Master-Carr?

Or you could look for another tranny to transfer case adapter?

Part numbers for stud and nut are oem dodge 04505365 stud, 06033172 nut. Again thanks.

The size of the stud is M10x1.54x36, readily available...Mark
