Could someone please tell me what fluid comes standard and what will mix with it?
The dealer is crazy! They want $25.00 per quart!
Thanks guys.
You need to use ATF+4

I'll probably get crap for this but I have actually been running the WalMart brand of ATF+4 oil. Only $5 a quart. From what I have read in the past the ATF+4 fluid is a chrysler developed oil and anyone who uses the "ATF+4" must follow their formula.
Either way I have 131k miles on my G56 and it shifts smooth and is quiet. I use the same fluid in the Transfercase also. It is recommended if yours is a 4x4.

You must still be using a stock clutch.

You can't beat the stocker for smooth, quiet operation.
If a company'd make one for 60+ hp,I'd buy one.

Thank you very much Rockcrawler.
Don't let anyone give you a hard time about an off brand oil.
Believe me, those large outlets that simply have their name on an item doesn't mean it was made/formulated in a basement or garage.
Wallmart/Sam's Club purchases good quality fluids from big name companies because they will not jeopardize their name.
