NE frmhnd,

It is highly possible that some of your problem is in the column-mounted signal switch, as it also controls the dimmer function.

While you are fixing things, it would be good to remove the head-light circuit from the column and install a floor-mounted dimmer-switch --- I abhor signal-lever dimmer-switches.

I walked in the shop Tuesday, on a whim pulled the headlight switch, and the body lights all came on. At least the ones I had wired in. And the headlight relays were tripping, as well. I think the headlight switch is bad.

Not sure on the right signal though. It still doesn't work.

The switch on the column needs replaced anyhow, the signals don't work right, and the stick is pretty floppy.

He wants to stick with the boat trailer tail lights for now, but I got him a bunch of stick/screw on reflectors, and the option for semi-truck LED's in the back is still a future option.

Need to get another fuse block so we can put each circuit on its own fuse, instead of only having one between the battery and the relay. NAPA did have a 6-circuit block that has one feed wire into it. I ran a few 12 gauge wires from battery to fuse block, need to get a good piece of cable made for it yet.

I found my problems.
1) I missed a wire on the front right signal
2) I didn't have the right brake light wired in yet
3) the bare wires on the lead for truck brake lights/trailer socket was feeding power elsewhere
4) see 3
5) see 4.
