So my front passenger brake pad is almost down to paper thin. Drivers side has very little wear. What is this an indicator of? Bad caliper on the front passenger? My logic leads me to believe it's the caliper on the passenger side that's not working properly. Suggestions please? Thanks.

could be that the pasenger side was hanging up. My experience with second gen brakes has been at least one caliper every brake job.

It's either a caliper or hose.

It's best to change both calipers, and all 3 hoses when coming into a situation as such. Hoses, calipers and pads are so cheap now, it's almost worth it to change them out each time you do a brake job.

Napa has some nice premium calipers and so far they've been good on my 1st gen.

Stainless brake lines, clean & grease the sliders and you should be good

Uneven brake pad wear is a caliper hanging up. More a problem with bad braking habits causing the braking components to get overly hot and/or where corrosion is a problem from salt or calcium chloride. Be careful too when greasing the caliper sliders. Only "lightly" grease whats covered as any grease exposed to the outside elements will quickly collect debris and cause even more sticking.
