A/C questions

Gaoing to pull apart my a/c when i replace the heater core and will be replacing Expansion valve, drier, evaporator, and compressor, was going to put in new condenser but having a hard time finding one. just looking for some incite on getting better cooling when I put back together.

Current measurements running HC12-a

20 psi at 2000 rpm low pressure side
150 psi at 2000 rpm high side
condenser inlet temp 122 degrees
condenser outlet temp 102.2 degrees
outlet of expansion valve is 64.4 degrees

This is just running it in the driveway, usually gets colder on the road especially on the highway and runs down to about 48 degrees. This is in Florida so normally hot 90 degrees or so.

Are there any signs that the compressor is not pumping as it should?

from the pressures you posted, the compressor is fine.

Concentrate on insulation. The stock AC pumps plenty of cold air, but the cab absorbs even more heat!

Thanks going to replace the heater core this week and clean or replace the evaporator core. Been looking over all the other ad components to see if I need to replace anything while the ac is apart. Also going to replace the radiator, water pump, and hoses.
