03, 3500 Fuel PSI question's??

hey I just installed the Commander w/ fuel PSI. I have been having issues with starting when its 35-40degs out. 03-3500 Stock. I am seeing 7 Psi on the low. Is that correct?? or is that the problem? Pump is in the tank and sending unit is on top of the Hp pump. Most have said Injectors but I installed this thing to SEE if it was some other problem. What should I see for Fuel PSI low and HIGH?

Factory pump will be right around there. 7 - 10 psi. I put a GDP Walbro pump on and have noticed substantially quicker starts. Dodge will measure flow of the pump, not pressure, as for warranty purposes. FYI

Anywhere from 5-7k at idle to 23-25k at WOT . I was draining my rail with the factory pump. Couldn't se it by the rail pressure, but you can definately "feel" the difference with the new lift pump. It pulls hard all the way now. Used to be able to feel it fall off.

Found the problem. Quads instructions are BAD I mean REAL bad. Good product though. The instructions tell you to connect to the green wire on the sending unit. They ment to say the center of the 3 wires. Emailed them and they said oops sorry. same as the EGT sensor pic shows placement between 3 and 4 but discripton is between 2and 3. they also said oop's sorry on that.
