It has been under my seat since I bought the truck, but it's like an appendix, can't find a use for it. Looks like a factory piece...

It was just laying under the seat so I though it was covering up something under there until I bumped it with the vacuum and it moved, and nothing was under it except the unbroken expanse of carpet.
