BD R-700 upgrade install time

So I sucked it up and ordered the R-700 upgrade kit. I wanted to hear from you guys who have installed them in your garage. Whats the average time its been taking to do the swap out? I am hoping this will wake the beast up. Any tips or tricks will be greatly welcomed.

Be prepared the instructions make it sound a lot easier. The new turbo is a lot bigger. According to BD you can leave the top turbo on. I say horse sh** to that, you have to take it out and might have to do some fab work. WORTH IT!

I was told that if you take the inner fender liner out and the tire off that you can easly remove the old and slide the new in. It takes about 3 hours that way.

Nice thats what I was thinking, but I might go the other route and take off the top turbo too just to make more room to work. I installed the tow twins myself and the more room you have to work in the better, I find I dont make as many mistakes that way too....

I found it to be easier to remove the top and bottom chargers. This way you get remove the hot pipe off the bottom charger.
Mounting the bottom charger with the hot pipe attached is the quickest IMO.
Removed the wheel and fender linner is a good idea.

You are going to have a heck of time doing that way. Go ahead and remove the tire and inner fender and give it a try. I promis you'll end up taking off the top tubro, but you need the inner fender out anyway.
