The 2007-2008 Season NFL thread

Well, I am suprised!! pre-season has been underway a week and no-one has started a thread about this years teams, players, hopefuls and failures??????

I am a KC Cheifs fan... kinda like watching a train wreck over and over, and hoping one of these times they'll stay on the tracks..no big hopes for this year however, as they are...well..... the Chiefs....

how about you guys?

Patriots, should be one of the most interesting seasons ever. For the enitre NFL in general, should be the best season since 2004 when the patriots last one the superbowl!!

I am sure you and I will both be watching ESPN tonight, as I am a Dolphins fan... Hopefully for my sake I hope Trent Green has a good homecoming, even though they only expect him to play 1st quarter.

I think they'll do better this year, maybe 7-8 wins if we're lucky. Still not a return to greatness though

Prepare to be disappointed. Maybe 5 wins this year. Their defense will be strong like last year or maybe even better, but the offense will stuggle until they can get their draft pick in camp and learning the system. As for their pick-up of Dante Cullpepper........LOL. Maybe if they kept Moss they could duplicate the glory years of leap ball from Minn.

They picked Culpepper up as a mentor for Russell, if he ever signs.. But I agree about the defense, especially since we signed Donovan Darius.

I've been a Vikings fan ever since I could walk. I haven't lost hope in them yet but I do hope they pull something out of their sleves this year. Their defense should be alot stronger this upcomming season.

I do fell bad for New England though, they have to do deal with Moss. Who knows maybe since he is playing for a half decent team he may open up and explode.

Your just tainted because you have to deal w/ that Terrel Ownes character.

I didn't mention that I was a Chiefs fan as well, gotta root for your hometown.
