Hummer center caps?

I know they arent the choice to put on the truck with the wheels, but I dont have any 3rd gen center caps right now and I want to cover the lug nuts. What is the easiest way to get the 4.75" hole in the center cap? I dont have a hole saw to do it. Would a jig saw be the best way to go? Anybody done this?

Well for anyone that wants to know. I drilled a hole in the center of the center cap then took a piece of aluminum and drilled the same size hole it in and measured halfway of the diameter of the hole and drilled another hole. Put the drill bit back in the original hole and slid the piece of aluminum over the drill bit then used a scribe to trace the hole all the way around the center cap in the second hole. Then I used a drill to make holes all the way around the cap right on the edge of the scribed hole and then took a hack saw blade and cut from hole to hole. After I got it all cut out I used a half round file to make it a clean circle then poped them on the rear. Once I get some 3rd gen caps they will go in the trash. Good luck.
