will a 16 in wheel fit my 05? - Dodge Diesel

i have a 285/75/16 from my old dodge i used as a spare. will it fit on my 2005 3500? yeah i know it's a different size than the 17's, but will want to use it as a spare when i upgrade tire size this next week.... just want to know if it will fit and clear the brakes.

Brake calipers are 17" on our 03-08 trucks.

16.5's won't fit either, 17 is the minimum
