My truck is a 91 intercooled model which makes it a 91.5 i think? Should i buy a 91 or 92 service manual to get the most accureate info.?

Get a '93 manual, it has the Getrag section. Accurate wiring diagrams for '91.5 trucks are very hard to come by, the wiring on the '91.5's is different than the '89-'91 and the '92-'93 trucks.
