Just sent in Donation for server!

If Brand X is worth $35.00 A YEAR, the DTR is worth at least that much every so often!

Top, I've tried twice to make a donation and it won't let me. I click on the Visa card thing and it tells me my e-mail is a Paypal account and it won't let me donate.

(The above post is true)

Ok I am taking a guess here but do you already have a paypal account? If you have ever used paypal before with this email address it remembers you and is trying to get you to log in.

My other guess is you have never used paypal before but your browser is automatically filling in your email address in that box confusing paypals system, as it is trying to find an account with that address.

Since I don't know if you are logging in or trying to set up a new paypal account I really can only guess at this point. I might point out that you can also send a check to Diesel Truck Resource LLC, the address is in my signature if the paypal thing will not work for you.

I will try to assist you if I can if you can provide me with a little more info on what steps you are actually making while trying to donate.

I apologize for your difficulties

I may be wrong, but thought you could not use credit cards on Pay Pal...only personal checking acct. That's why I don't care for them...I'm not giving that info to anyone over the internet.
If I'm wrong, please advise! That's why I sent a check through the mail.

I use my Visa to donate to Lary's personal indulgence fund, err, I mean Server fund

Paypal DOES want a bank account to verify you have a permanent type of account somewhere...then they try to get you to use it, but I refuse to use anything but my credit card (except for the time I forgot to change the account , nothing bad happened though)

You can use a credit card on PayPal without having an account. I advertise it every day on my ebay page.

As promised in a post earler this month, my donation is on the way through PAYPAL . Now my task is to beat the wife to the mailbox when the statement comes in . Seriously, I feel a donation to the new server is money WELL SPENT!! I would hope everyone who regularly visits this great site would contribute as well. Thanks to all who maintain this site!
