Will a Second Gen Intercooler Fit on my Truck

I found a decent intercooler off of a second gen and i was wondering if it would fit on my truck, my truck came from the factory cold air challenged and i will be adding a bhaf in the near future, i am also in the process of aquiring an hx-35 for it, i feel that if i added an intercooler also, it wouldnt hurt, will this one fit on my truck?

Not experienced, but thinking out loud.......

If you are using the smaller up/down flow radiator, the heat transfer from the inner cooler might cause it to run warmer. You might consider changing to the larger cross-flow since you have to cut into the core support any way.
