High RPM's

Mainly only does it in 5th when i'm trying to get up to highway speed, also when i press on the acceleration button for the cruise it kicks it back like it's governing out. Clutch is good, already...

High RPM's no power!

Need help figuring out why my 04 dodge 6 speed stick turbo diesel is reving up while driving and not puting out the power that comes with the RPM's.
