I'm not sure there is a part number if you're looking at bosch nozzles from a vendor. They're going to be a smaller nozzle (probably a factory bosch 5 hole ppump nozzle) that was EDM honed to size.

Mileage is a moot point for picking one over the other. Truthfully the higher mileage might be in better overall condition....
