put on your truck and make sure all is stock go back to his truck and try it again it should go in recovery mode, and fix his truck, if it will go in recovery mode but wont work or keeps freezing up...

No it will not work on the 6.7 but if you have certain off road products on your truck and unplug the map sensor while the truck is running and then plug it back in it will throw a code and turn on...

There is a guy here in idaho thats owns kmk diesel performance that pulls with a 6.7, seen him place second at one pull. Good running truck I think it is in april diesel world.

that little you should be allright anymore I would really consider studs. Stock internals will be fine no need to worry about them.
