Mine has a small guide for the wiring near the fan. I zip tied (several) the wiring in that guide. No issues.
You might check for proper engine support installation and tighten bolts.

Internal short, damaged bat terminal, wiring or battery issue. Be sure and test both batteries separately. The heavy electrical cables also need testing for resistance.

Check the positive cable between batteries. It may have corrosion in cable . Look for swelling or green stuff on wiring. Also the two gray connectors near right battery.

You have enough filters to clean the fuel if it dirty. DON'T put water absorbing additive....
