Pureflow was great btw. They sent me a new seal and fitting. I removed the old one, which didn't exactly seem very tight either, and installed the new one with a washer seal. All is well now.

For what it's worth to others, the manual does say to use the fuse tap to an ignition switched source. If figure that would have to be an empty source though to prevent an additional 15amps on that...

That's EFI LIVE'S position also. Return it to stock, then have it flashed at the dealer first, then switch to EFI LIVE. So I'd say it's accurate.
