YES they will def reduce your egts alot. i was afraid of the extra hp hurting my auto while towing but i found out that it seems to be better with the sw1 on cause the temps are like 1250 1290 max...

nothing but good to say about my smarty jr give it a try . as for your banks never messed with one but yes it should just be unhooking it and puttign all the plugs back to stock then installng jr

i kept mine and got a piece of 4 inch straight...

i kept mine and got a piece of 4 inch straight pipe and deleted mine then if im told i need it . it will be a fairly simple swap back .

i have an 05 also and happy with how mine turned out so far . i have a factory exhaust minus the muffler and the cat. id dit the psm airbox mod and still not enough air to keep it cool no matter what...
