if your tranny has been rebuilt it may have brass syncro's and there are alot more optins, but in a stock nv4500 they have carbon fiber syncro's and I would only run a specific nv4500 oil in it.

Just take the truck to the dealer, they can input the new tire size into the computer and your good to go, cost should be minimal $50-$60 and only take 20-30 mins.
