Finally back . . Pacbrake question

Hey folks, been gone a long while. Back with a new, old truck.
Got a ton of mods on it and no miles. Only mod it lacks (IMHO) is the pacbrake.

$400 for some cheesey brackets is ridiculous! If I could find the 4 plates that accept the super rail posts, Id make my own....

Where does the auto dimming mirror (on the windshield) draw its power from? Does it get it from the overhead trip computer power or from the dome light?

Well that experiment went awrye. The 03 sure didn't like the 06 overhead computer AT ALL! Headlights came on, gages went nuts and a flashing "no bus" came up on the dash.
Took that sucker right...
