I don't know.... The spring just broke one day on te way out of the garage... I certainly don't drive it hard,,, I inspected for oclusions or defects in the old ont but it looked like fatigue?

I suspect a bad install, cracked the heater and arched at the bolt,,, I was doing my inectors and noticed the arc welding inside...I've never heard of anyone having problems either....

is your TC lockup working? If not, you would see higher temps... Mine does not get above 140 with the TC locked, unlocked and I would see what you are seeing.

Just 3rd on OD you can get the TC lock on,,, unless you modify the valve body for a second gear lock up.

Problem is slowing down sometimes you an get the TC lock at slower speeds and start to buck...
