I've got a banks exhaust in a 97, and had one in my 05. I'm not real fond of it. The 97 needed bigger pipe, and the Banks was available. My 05 came with it, but I went to stacks.

I just changed the original Mopar batteries out of my 03 six months ago. They went right at 10 years in the truck for 255,000 miles. For the price you payed, that's not a bad deal. ;)

As for a pump, Fass has a very quiet brushless pump that has a lifetime warranty. Runs $570 ish. Not sure on CoC...
