EGR is now selling OEM pre bent hard line brake kits for Dodge trucks. They come is Stainless Steel or mild steel. Here is their website:

A second vote for EGR. If you call EGR you will probably talk to Glenn Maurer himself.

Nice stuff but not cheap. I just did the usual hack with a couple unions and some tubing. Water gets trapped up beside the tank and rots those lines.

I hear ya. Truck is (again) at the dealership right now after blowing one of the lines last week. When I took a look at the plumbing coming out of the MC, it was an easy decision: "Replace them all."
What the hell did Dodge use for the tubing on these things originally--looks like rolled up aluminum foil that is now rusted beyond recognition.

vans33rr,
How did you make out? My line to the rear just blew out tonight. I need the truck so a quick (but done right) fix is important. How did you route the line to the back? I don't even want to think about dropping that full tank of fuel..... Cheers, taz

Replacing Brake Lines
For those of you that have replaced ALL the brake lines, what kind of time are you talking about? I'm not sure I'm up to the task so I may have to pay my local shop to do the work and would like an idea of cost if I provide the lines from EGR.

I got my parts at advance auto..just standard stuff..pain to find and right size fitting. I like to justification on that.
I just push from the rear, wigged and twisted until it got through. it took about 1 hour after getting the parts..had to get the darn rusted ones apart
