Can anyone tell me where to get a good (detailed) service manual for a 92/93 dodge 2500.

ebay. Factory Service Manual. Don't even waste your time with the Haynes or Chilton stuff. I remember most of their "helpful" chapters were similar to: "Remove the brake calipers. Assembly is the reverse of removal". No pictures most the time, no details.

The FSM can be had in CD (pdf) or book form. Best $50 you'll spend.

EDIT: Search for "93 Ramcharger Service Manual" or whatever year you want on google and check the shopping results. It will be titled D&W 150-350 and Ramcharger Service manual. This is what I have, it includes the diesel engine stuff of course. The book set is $100 but the CD was only $25 or so. Bonus is, the CD can copy the PDF to your hard drive and you can resell the CD if you wanted

Might get deleted, but just helping the fellow out:

If I remember correctly, the 93 FSM is the only one that has the rebuild info for the 360 GETRAG. Someone correct me if I am wrong?

It at least has both the 360 Getrag and NV4500 rebuild sections. Maybe that's what you were thinking of? In 93, some of the gas jobs got the NV4500 LD transmission.
