Most sites I have read at, will display an icon next to the subject on a specific thread on the forum page you are viewing that shows all subscribed threads that a person has commented in, usually right where the attachment clip is located, would it be possible to add this feature? I have attached an example.

I am on a friends computer so abviously I don't want the computer to remember me. But clicking on the little box to take the check mark out that says remember me when I sign in will not allow me to stay signed in. So, I sign in then start looking around but as soon as I do I am logged out. I had to put the check mark back in so now his computer will think it is me when he visits this site even when I am not here. What can I do? Or can you fix it like other sites have fixed this problem. I have to actually click on a log out button on the other sites to log out, all I'm doing here is clicking on any link and I get logged out.

Just wondering if your page has the font type serif enabled, or just ariel as the pages show up with a squished down and hard to read font when viewing with firefox when running on my linux machine. Might be in the settings on my machine but i thought i'd ask, if serif isn't one of the enabled font types would it be too much trouble to set it as one? Thanks

Just curious if we can get this feature? I love it for threads that are vaguely titled such as "Well it happened" or "What is this"

Some people will argue that it only takes a few seconds to open the thread and see if you are interested in it, but I find this feature to be very helpful and since most other forums I visit use it, I find myself trying to hover over thread titles here.

Login prompt keeps coming up in this site

Hello,

Since yesterday (new years day) I keep getting a Windows login prompt, asking me for a user name and password when ever I click on any hyperlinks on this site. It says: "Connect to 74.86.119.87" and it demands a user name and password.

Is this the IP address to one of your servers or something? I also noticed that when this happens the executable "boot.exe" gets placed in my hard drive (c:\).

Never seen this before yesterday, and it only happens in your site. Some kind of spyware maybe? Its very annoying having to cancel the stupid prompt every time I click on a link.

Can you help,
Thanks,

A few days ago I found I could not read posts or look at classifieds on either of my Macs. I can get to the site using Safari but when I try to read a post I get a message "Javascript not enabled". This happened at the same time on two different computers that had no software modifications during that time frame. I have had no problems with any other web sites.

I am posting this message using Netscape which seems to work, but I don't want this to be SOP since I prefer Safari. Have you made any changes that leave us Mac users out in the cold?

Group purchase section

I was reading in the performance section and a couple guys mentioned a possible group purchase and were told by T-boe that stuff like that wasn't alowed to be talked about on the forums. Ok, how bout making a forum for that? I was a member of a Chevy B-body forum (impallaSSforum.com) and we had a group purchase section on that site. It worked great. Guys could get together that were all in the market for a specific product, and get in contact with a vendor or supporter of the website. It was a win-win situation. A group of guys get a good deal on the product they want, and a vendor fills a big order. I think it would be a great addition to the site.
