TX DTR #8--August Meet
 

How about Saturday afternoon August 8th, into the night and Sunday morning/early afternoon?? Come and go as you please. My house and back yard. Grill will be running...with my burgers and/or whatever else you want to bring. BYOB. If you want to spend the night, bring your own bedding/air mattress. Bring your own lawn chair.

He said today, he will not accept Federal Health Care leglistration for Tx... if it passes!
Says it is his right, as he understands States Rights... under the 10th Amendment.

He's got my vote! Oh wait, I'm on the wrong side of the Red River!
I need to follow Diesel Dan and get back to Texas!!

Well that's 4 of us so far! Plus, I met a guy who works at our local RV place here in McKinney..........Just joined DTR ..member "RVPro".. https://www.dieseltruckresource.com/...er.php?u=81156.

....has an 05 Dodge Cummins with 335,000 miles...all stock...original 48RE....who plans to come too. So I guess, that's 5. [guitar][coffee]

I forgot to mention it in the first post, but Aug. 5th is my birthday. So I kinda consider this also a small, quiet, birthday party. No need for gifts, I didn't mention it for that. I just want you to come if you can and have a quiet (I do have neighbors:cool:) good time.

It's also a 'welcome back home to TEXAS', Diesel-Dan party.....assuming he can make it.[coffee]

I will have to see if that falls on a day off but I would like to come and meet some people.

Well not only does that fall on a day I work but my wife is asking me to take it off to go with her to Lubbock for her best friends wedding.

Take the day off from work.....but don't tell the wife.....[laugh] problem solved.

Besides, what hours do you work? You can come in the evening when you get off (if you work days)......or come in the afternoon before you go in....or come late at night if you work evenings.
