Outside temp readout gon nuts

Has anyone had any trouble with there outside temp readout? <br>This one was working fine. Now it reads ok when it is 45 or warmer but it goes nuts when it is colder, it will read in the negtive for a while then bounce around . Is there any calibration for the computer ? I did replace the temp sensor with no improvement. The reading is in Fahrenheit.
