Oops!

I think I turned the fuel up a little too far. Now I need to join the pull cable club. I had already smoothed off the end of the plunger, but alass it won't shut the engine down when you turn off the key. A shucks

Mine won't shut off now either, but I havent put a cable in yet. How did you guys route the cable? Did you use a cable in a plastic shield?

I used a lawn mower cable (the one that onnects to the engine kill) and routed it through the larger grommet in the firewall to the left side of the steering coloumn.

I haven't been to the store yet, but my intention is to mount a chrome tee handle in the aluminum plate below and center of the two gauges. You can see what I am talking about in my gallery. The plate is where the OD and cargo light switches were.
