I started by calling once a week. Then, as it got closer to the end, I was calling daily. You can't always track the rail shipment on line, not all rail companies allow it.<br><br>Jean

Mine was shipped from Laredo,TX. on Union Pacific Railroad and transfered to Norfolk & Southern at Salem, IL. You can track UPRR online but you must call N&S customer service. They do have a voice activated tracking system. ;D
