New to me 2003 2500 Q cab 4X4, have questions

We just got rid of the 2001 Ram 3500 2wd and picked up a 2003 Ram 2500 Quad cab with automatic and 4wd. Today while driving on the turnpike, I noticed a slight vertical "bouncing" in the steering wheel from time to time. It seems like there may be an 1/8th of an inch of vertical play, but no side to side. What do I need to be looking at?

Also, I twice noticed that with the ignition key "off" and out of the ignition, the power windows would still function. It is not doing it now, and I cannot duplicate this. What would be the cause?

The truck is an SLT package with power locks. It did not come with fobs for keyless entry. Is this just something where fobs can be purchased and the truck / fobs can be programmed, or would it need to have come specifically with keyless entry for fobs to be of benefit?

I can't help with the steering wheel bounce.

The windows can be raised or lowered after the ignition is turned off for a short time if the doors are not opened.

The keyless entry will require more than just the fob if it did not have it factory installed. If you have a key lock on the passenger door it did not come with keyless entry.

Thanks papaduck. There is no key lock in the passenger door, so it looks like I will check into some fobs. Did not know that could be done with the windows. The driver's door was open at the time, but I had just turned the truck off and was getting out at the time.
