Looks great
its amazing what can happen over night
One question though, Why didn't you just swap the front end parts to the Ramcharger frame?

1. The ramcharger frame did not have all the holes in it for the 4x4 components. I did not want to go through the painstaking hassle of locating everything exacly as it should be.
2. It was far less work to splice the frames!! I would guess splicing was about 25% as much work as swapping parts. If even that honestly. (I have done 4x4 conversions before)
3. The diesel spec frame is .210" thick, where the Ramcharger is only .157" thick. That Cummins is heavy. It also tourques, and vibrates a lot. That extra .053" is a very welcome addition!
4. Did I mention it was quick and easy? LOL

Outstanding! I love Cummins Ramchargers...and yours is going to be a real nice example of one...very fortunate to be able to work with such fine raw material!

Alright, The seemingly never ending circle of what to do for wheels/tires is over. So yesterday I made arrangements to go look at a set of Hummer H2 take-off wheels today. I pulled an all nighter at the shop last night, so I was a little late to get going this morning (groggy). And I thought: cruise craigslist one more time. And BINGO!!! there they were!
From the time I first brought Moonshine home I have thought that silver wheels, and bumpers would be a fantastic look against the blue. And until my recent decision to splurge on wheels (which backfired! long story) it has been the plan all along. I have been watching craigslist for a set of steel 16x8's to blast and powder-coat silver for a long time. Never did spy the right set. But these 2013 takeoff's are perfect! I wish the wheels were 16"s or 17"s, but I can live with the 18"s. And, the tire size is absolutely PERFECT! They measure up at 33.25"x10.75". Again, PERFECT! They have 900miles on them. I was able to talk the guy down to $500. And I could not be happier! Needless to say I had to call the guy that had the H2's and cancel
The only downsides are: I will have to run wheel-spacers. And I may have to swap out all the wheel-studs $$$$$. At least after scoring these for only $500, there is plenty of money left on the table. I know wheel-spacers freak a lot of people out. But, they don't bother me one bit. Today is a good day!

They hit the drag link real bad. The hubs stick waaay to far out there. And it looked UBER-dorkey! LOL, you will notice in that last picture that you dont even see the wheel-studs....
I am mocking it up with wheel-spacers right now! The off-road joint down the street had a set on the shelf

Now it will probably sit untouched for a couple more months knowing me. I love the fact that I am so busy. I could never complain. But, boy would I like to drive Moonshine soon!
