MOOG ball joints no warranty

i put 15-20000 km on moog ball joints i puchased dec 2007. i just got them tooken out a month ago. i have them yet. they are shot. i drive all highway kliks. i phoned (fed mogul)them twice they hung up once. they said no warranty on ball joints. they said if i can find where it says lifetime they will look at my claim? *** i thought all mogg was lifetime????

if this is true federal mogul (moog) sux crap...i went with XRF ball joints this time but wanted to send in my old ones for a % back

I sold and installed Moog almost exclusively for three decades...I never had a problem with them...Of course they weren't owned by Federal Mogul then either...Sorry to hear their quality and warranty policy has changed so much......Ben

Yep, many of us old timers relied on Moog.

And they did have a lifetime warranty.

Guess they went cheap on us.... I never ever worried about putting Moog in, at least until now.

no warranty on moog everybody. stop buying there ****. plus trucks wonder after u install there soft metal crap.....XRF all the way or carli

carli pretty good as well.does carli offer lifetime or ignore you when you make a claim..............actually if you goto summitracings website and look up moog joints it says they are lifetime warranty...now whats up with that?

From what I hear Carli are guaranteed for life, never heard a bad thing about his stuff but his BJ's are 3-4 times the cost of the ones us common folk can afford.

Is it a "lifetime warrenty" with a professional install using snapon tools, in a shop lighted with exnon lights, mechanic has 26.3 years expierance, shop manager has 34 1/16 years expierance, the shop floor is 28 years old made with synthetic fiber rienforced concrete of the steathly kind (used in the F22 fighter), the shop dog is a Golden Lab that can fly.
