I came out to go to work and someone had stolen both of my American flags off of Dodgezilla!! Man that makes me mad. They were brand new and weren't the cheap ones. Now I'm keeping my eyes open for someone in the hood with them and then there will be he!! to pay!!! > :-X > ARGHH!!!

A friend of mine found a great way to use an old electric fence unit with his car. He isolated the electrical system with cutoff switches first then hooked it up to the body of his car. He says those blood curdling screams at 2 am are music to his ears! especially on rainy nights!

Warning on that Idea! I have no doubt it would be considered illegal and you could very easily end up with a law suit. Some greedy lawyer will claim you violated the criminals right to steal your stereo and hence ruined his chance to make a living!. Stupid...of course but not unlikely. Victims have no rights.

I'm not sure how our whacked out legal system works anymore, but theoretically, couldn't you put a sign up next to an electricfied truck that warns of the impending danger? And if someone went ahead and touched it, it'd be their own fault.

The alleged criminal would claim he didn't see the sign and you would still be liable. I saw someone get sued because a burglar climbed over his fence into the backyard and got bit by the dog while jimmying open a window. He won in court and the homeowner had to make restitution. <br> We have the best legal system in the world but the liberals have got it all geared toward protecting the criminals rights. Somehow this foolishness needs to be changed.<br> Rattlin I am not versed on every states laws but in most places I believe anything that causes harm to a criminal on your property, you are liable!. Now if he has a gun in his hand and is threatening your life, you can use force. but even then you will be arrested till they prove you were acting in self defense. Which by the way seems to have different levels to suit the level of threat.<br> The old saying &quot;shoot em and drag them inside&quot; has no merit what so ever. He better not be moved from where he lands, and he dang well better have a deadly weapon in his hand when they do the investigation. Crazy world we live in, but it is all we have!.

Better put a cattle prod in his hand and say he was gonna shock you first, but they're right. You can't hang horse thiefs anymore. Anything that may cause death or injury is considered lethal force. You can't use lethal force for property crimes, just dangerous felonies. On the good side, it seems to me (my opinion) that society is leaning towards home invasion as being considered a dangerous crime these days, as opposed to a breaking and entering. It all depends on who gets their point across to the jury better.<br><br>Top, ever try to hook up a sling-load before grounding the cargo hook? By the way .... how come your here instead of spending time with the little guy?

Any judge or jury that awards any criminal ANYTHING should be shot on the spot. No questions asked. Any moron that let any of that even get to the point of being in court should be shot.
