Lug nut size

I am looking to get some black lugs. I just wanted to check before I spend 75 bucks on 32 lugs that I cant use.

Our trucks use 9/16 lugs right?

I think he is looking for thread size and pitch, not what socket they use.

Yes that is correct, I should have stated the question better I suppose. Looking for the thread pitch and width. I found that 9/16 is correct. I have only found one brand of black lugs so far, and man they are proud of them suckers!

Just curious, why do you have to buy black? Could you not paint them, powder coat or something? Just wondering..

The wheels I am buying do not have center caps, and the stock lugs are not the prettiest thing on the face of the planet.

How long of lugs do I need to get to make sure that they are deep enough to go all the way down on the studs?

Why don't you go down to the local 4 wheel parts on the south loop and get yourself a set of black spline drive lug nuts. Call first to make sure they have them in stock and then take a copy of the ad from their web page so they don't try to charge you too much "in-store". On second thought, you might ask them before hand if they will give you the same price as on their web page when you check availability. http://www.4wheelparts.com/Wheels/9-...pn= PXA26195B
