I purchased some dually Alcoa wheels from SW Wheel back in 2000. I highly recommend SW Wheel to anyone.

Unfortunately, no OEM ever made this wheel which limits what is available in the aftermarket.

I am interested in #MT176401-1. The 17x6.5 eight hole Classic Dual Alcoa Aluminum Wheel kit. However, it says it only comes with 4 wheels. Do you also make, sell an inner 6.5''? So that all the tires would be the same size. I would like to be running 35x12.5x17 Toyo MT's, Nitto Trail's or the new Cooper's.

This wheel set is for a dual wheel truck. You will use your inner steel wheels to complete the set. The size of tire you have selected is not recommended for dual wheel applications. This size tire will cause rubbing between the tires do to factory offsets of the wheel.

We do not make wheels, we are just a distributor. The main reason you do not see a 20" wheel is weight carry capacity. They will not make a wheel that can not carry the load.

The width of the wheel is not the biggest concern of a dual wheel, but the offset is. The offset, which is usually 5.35" will only allow certain tire sizes without rubbing. |
