Question Injectors

I think I may have some injectors fouling out. Can someone tell me the signs and symptoms of bad injectors. At a steady throddle on level road it acts like it's not getting the fuel it needs on all cylinders. When I accelerate it will pick up and go on like nothing is wrong. When I tow my 5th wheel it runs perfectly and will run like that for a few days and then it starts running bad again. I have a good fuel pressure and it don't throw any codes.

I don't think it's dead pedal. I've already been thru that about 30K miles ago. Fuel pressure is steady at about 12 to 13 at 65MPH and nothing is dead about the pedal when you accelerate.
