INJECTORS New era 435s Anyone running them?

What do you think of them? I need some new injectors and these seem to be a decent set. Opinions?

I have a buddy who has them, I haven't ridden in his truck in a while but they make pretty good power and smoke. He's still driving on his stock turbo and not having any problems, I think they would run even better in his truck if we tuned his plate and AFC. IMO if I wouldn't have bought the injectors I have I would have got some 435's...

IMO that comparison wasn't exactly "scientific evidence" it was only SOP power and some cruising EGT's, to get a true comparison a few dyno runs should have been made. Even if the EGT's were slightly more it could have been because the AFC and plate were not tuned to THOSE injectors, different injectors are just that; different injectors. They might require different tuning to make the same results. I'm not trying to discredit that "comparison" but IMO it isn't rock-solid evidence. My .02

Well hey if you just be patient the dyno run is coming... just trying to fix the driveline problems at the moment...

And your saying that I didnt tune the AFC and plate to those injectors? Bah... Go spend the money and buy both sets and then teach me how to tune so we can all have the scientific results.

Im running a set of new era 370s right now and they are great injectors. I think the DDP4s are a better injector but Id say the 435s are very close to them. The DDP4s might burn a little cleaner and make just a hair more power but they are a lot more $$$$. I have a set of DDP4s to go in my truck, i bought them used and for a good price though. I wouldnt hesitate to go with another set of New Eras.

I never said that was actually why but I exposed that as a possibility I give you credit for buying both sets, thats a cool thing for you to do but for me some dyno sheets would have been better "results".

IMO I'm sure the DDP4's are a slightly better injectors as far as atomization and smoothness BUT you could tune around that downfall of the other injectors if that was indeed the case...

The injectors I just put in my truck would surge like crazy in 3rd, 4th and 5th gears and leave a solid haze of unburnt fuel behind me until I played with the AFC for a little while, now they drive smooth and don't haze as much. My .02

Hey big bully im runnin the 435's in my truck and they are awesome in my opinion. Im the guy muddindude mentioned. They make awesome power and for the amount of power you get you cant beat the price. I have first hand experience with them and I think you would be very happy with them. If you got any questions just ask.

Are you on the stock turbo still? If so how are your EGT's?

What plate are you 215 pump guys running with the bigger injectors? I have a #6 in there right now but I think it needs to change to a #10 or 100
