Idler arm

Well i went into my parts place today to get filters and also an idler arm. Mine is pretty loose and is making the front end wobble a bit. He looked it up and the one for my truck (8800gvw) was 140 bucks. And he had another one that wasnt as heavy duty for like 110 or 120. Is that a good price for an idler arm? I thought it was a little high but i dunno. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Chris
