Im not sure about the H1E.
about 3 years ago, HTT built me a hybrid. it seemed to me by the way the guy was talking that it was a really common mod. They take an H1C and machine out the fresh air housing to take an HX40 compressor wheel. It has worked like a champ. I have seen up to 44 PSI boost. I live at 4600 elevation and it spools up quickly.
