Holley Blue help

I am about to order a holley blue pump for my truck. Is there any Part #'s that can make my purchase go smoother? Also, do they offer an installation kit or should i rig it up myself? How much should i expect to pay?

Please post any experiences with these, good or bad. And instructions if you have them, thanks...

I have a Holley Blue, but I don't remember exactly what it cost. You can look on the Advance Auto website and find out. Mine came with the bracket, and I ordered the Vulcan relocation kit from Geno's Garage, which also has a website. I left my stock pump in place for a spare and bypassed it with the new hose. If the Holley was to fail, I can have my stocker going in just a few minutes. I like the Holley Blue. I have 14# at idle and 11 at WOT.

the bully dog system is just a holley blue pump! I would recomend ordering a big line kit from any vendor on this site, to work with a holley blue! Make sure you stretch or remove the spring for adequate pressure! If I can be of assistance give me a call!

The spring??? Guess i am not following what you mean. Please explain. Also, most i have talked to run the blue in line WITH thier stock lift pump. Is this the right way to do it or does it matter?

Yes and no! I feel that failure of eaither pump in a two pump system can cause problems! If you want to go this way with it, You could just stretch your regulator spring a touch (right behind the big straight head screw! )
Eaither way the setup is better than stock!
When just using the Holley pump some have to completly remove the spring to maintain a decent psi! While using two pumps one will just supply the other !

Holley 110 GPH "Blue" Electric Fuel Pump With Regulator Part #12-802-1

I would also just order a vulcan big line kit and call it a day. You will then have everything you need with instructions on how to install your pump and new line. Simple as 1,2,3.
