The way we alter timing now won't allow us to advance that far without the ECM having fits.
We are working on something that will stack with our products and a lot of other products that will put you at the optimum. Also when I say optimum, I am talking throttle responce and power as well as egt, and mileage. You can get to the point of no return on mileage, but you can drastically alter your power curve when you advance the timing further. |

Quad: you aren't saying that 12 degrees would be optimal across the RPM range are you ?
12 degrees of advance at 750 RPM is a lot. I can see that 12 degrees at 2900 isn't. I think the limit of the advance is going to be set at the low RPM range. |

Boost is the only thing that matters, I posted this in the camshaft sensor thread also, you can read a little more there.
