It has been under my seat since I bought the truck, but it's like an appendix, can't find a use for it. Looks like a factory piece...

That sure is different.

Looks like something that you'd be covering over the guys head who steals tires and rims from the side of the road, that fell off of your truck while you were driving.

It was just laying under the seat so I though it was covering up something under there until I bumped it with the vacuum and it moved, and nothing was under it except the unbroken expanse of carpet.
